Establishment and Structure
Governance structure includes a Board of Directors comprised of the Executive Directors of each independent agency served. The Board of Directors provides oversight of the OASIA office and Executive Director, ensuring accountability throughout infrastructure development and establishment of independent solutions for services.
Services Provided to Independent Judicial Agencies
Examples of key services to be provided to independent agencies include: facilitation of annual budget submission processes, procurement guidance and support, accounting support, payroll and human resources support, compilation and maintenance of a consolidated compensation plan, provision of policy guidance, and a host of supportive services related to information technology, including network access, security compliance, and vendor procurement and management.
